Ayres & James

Ayres & James Pty. Ltd.(A&J) were the Australian publishers of Disney comics just prior to W.G.Publications.

A&J issues are not numbered or dated.

It appears that at first A&J dissected the very early US Dell Disney issues and used the individual stories and gags as fill in their various "Yank" series of comics, later turning to reprinting them in their own right, though usually with a lower page count, the trimmed stories were used in the composite issues they produced such as the two issues that are shown further down on this page.
